The warmer weather will continue for a few more hours today, before dropping down to a more customary 2 degrees by the evening. There will be light rain over lunch time and slow winds throughout.
The Royal Concert Hall still has tickets for a Varna International Ballet rendition of Swan Lake and The Nutcracker this evening. The double bill will start at 19:30, giving enough time to try out The Three Crowns' Meal and a Drink offer for £7.95, just across the road.
In Victoria Centre news, Victoria Market is still clinging on with just four stalls still open each day. Alladin's Cave, Gemini jewellers, Tick King, and Tracey's Cafe are the last holddouts after the council has successfully pushed everyone else out of their leases early. Itsu are asking for a £39million renewed lease which the two time bankrupt City Council can't stomach. Soon, the market with roots back to the year 1100 will be no more.
