A threat of snow; grab some Korean food; fancy Legos.
It's finally here in Nottingham: a genuine threat of snow. With temperatures between 3 degrees and 0 degrees as we go through the day, there will be around 5 cm of snow and some rain. Most weather will be happening in the afternoon. Personally, I'll be heading to my office to pick up my laptop and returning home at lunch to avoid the worst of it.
New Art Exchange has a vegan kitchen that will be open until 4pm. The first Thursday of each month gets a special menu from a place around the world, and this month it will be South Korean style food. So head along for something warming if you're around that area.
In tech news from CES, Lego are doing something that may sound worrying to many people. They're introducing a range of Smart Bricks. These bricks have simple programming in them which detect the presence of other Smart Bricks and play sounds or lights in response. One example given is a police car playing a siren when a criminal minifig passes by. That sounds pretty fun to me!
