The weather around Nottingham will be much the same as yesterday, reaching 9 degrees by lunch and staying there throughout the evening. No rain and very little wind. The weather is desperate for you to get out on your bike.
Do you remember a fad a while ago of restaurants getting in on the vegan bandwagon? That seems to have died down as of late. However, Prezzo still doing Meat-free Mondays, where their veggie options are all 50% off. Meat-eater or not, that sounds like a decent evening meal on the cheap, just off Trinity Square.
In sporting news, you may be about to hear more of your friends getting into something surprising. Padel is a rapidly growing sport in the UK, a bit like tennis, and planning permission has just been submitted for a £1 million padel complex with 5 indoor courts, located on the car park around the Showcase cinema. If you want to get ahead of the curve, the Nottingham Tennis Centre already has courts available with three more opening early this year.
