A fantastic scheme from Nottingham City Council is the Cycle Park scheme.

Today, we're not going to go much above 3 degrees. Dry except for at commuting home time, which might be running time if you're joining me this evening. Gusts are high in the morning, but will fall down during the day.

Nottingham Frontrunners have their regular 5.5km run tonight at 18:30, which will be my first time. The group is for queer runners of all stripes, but I'm sure allies are welcome too. In January they kicked off their Couch to 5K sessions. Tonight will be the third week of Couch to 5K so still early enough to join in for the first time. If you're doing that, or joining me for the normal run, we will all still be warming up together and ending at the Lord Roberts after. Last week there were 70+ runners.

The EMCCA are eager to get your thoughts. As this is a new responsibility for the body, your input is probably worth more now than ever before so maybe take a look today over lunch
